AS FOR THE HUNT...
We, unlike most clubs who open a week before season, all live here near the club year round and the manager and guides all
live year-round here too, right in Ehrhardt! We oversee all the property, keep the corn feeders full ALL YEAR not just during hunting
season like most of the other clubs! We protect all of our interests to assure top hunting. We plant food plots with grain crops, cow peas, and
have mineral blocks and mineral and vitamin supplements on most of our stands. We also plant rye and oats in winter! We have built our
stands in the most prime areas of our land. We will also have areas set aside for your tree climbers or portable stands should you bring
them. We have miles of untouched and virgin areas! We have built most of the stands large enough to hold two hunters, husband and wife
or you and your son, and almost all have roofs!! We have leased MANY DIFFERENT TRACTS AND FARMS so we don’t have just
a few good spots all in one area like most clubs. We have corn and soybean fields, woods, lowland marsh, swampland and crossing
access roads...All top areas. YOU WILL SEE DEER!! If you can’t hit them when they are moving through the woods coming to the
corn or crops or moving by your stand, IT’S YOUR FAULT, NOT OURS (Ha Ha). Be quiet, let the does eat, the BUCKS USUALLY COME
OUT LAST!

As for breakfast, lunch and dinner you are welcome to use our own private lodge kitchen fully set up for your cooking or making sandwiches etc., or since
you are just inside of town go two blocks to either restaurant, for lunch or dinner, if you don’t want to cook, call for carry out! We will take you to your stands before light
and pick you up in late morning. We will take you back out in the afternoon and pick you up at dark. If you would like to hunt longer during the day, that’s fine, NO
EXTRA CHARGE. We can work all that out while you are here. If you want to drive yourself out after We show you the tract or stand, that’s great, We could use the
help!! As for deer processing, we use a professional processing center located nearby, and, for a few cents a pound, they will skin, dress and package all your meat
just like it came from the grocery store - steaks, chops, backstrap, hamburger and sausage, or they will quarter it for a cheaper
price and store this for you until you are ready to leave. We can even ship your meat home for you. We will be happy to pick
up your deer where it falls and deliver it to the processing center. Or you can take your deer to the center yourself. We always use
the deer processing centers ourselves. Why would we build a processing center for thousands of dollars, drain fields that clog up
with deer hair, freezers that break down, cutting machines, tools, meat grinders, all the packing equipment, along with late hours
of cutting up deer and packaging. We have seen all the problems before. Let a professional processor handle this part. This way we
can put the MONEY AND TIME saved in putting CORN out, working in the woods on stands or planting deer crops, so you
WILL HAVE THE BEST CHANCE TO GET YOUR DEER!!! DOESN’T THAT MAKE SENSE?

We only want you to have a super hunting trip with HOPEFULLY 100% SUCCESS and everyone laughing in a great relaxing atmosphere.
We don’t want 3 or 4 hunters drinking 2 or 3 cases of beer a day and staying up all night partying. If this is your intention, DON’T CALL
US!! ALSO, NO MEAT HUNTERS. IF YOU SHOOT 5 or 6 DEER ON A 3 DAY HUNT ON CLUB GROUNDS, YOU
WON’T BE BACK NEXT YEAR!! WE WANT TROPHY HUNTERS, SPORT HUNTERS AND FRIENDS IN OUR CLUB!!!
We would rather see you take a nice Doe and a Buck and wait on a larger Buck and that's plenty of meat for a family for a year. Doesn't that make sense?
We all need the Deer to grow and multiply for all our future hunts and not kill everything that walks or the old usage, if it's Brown it's Down, Right!!! |

We would like to hunt no more than a maximum of 8 people at a time and would prefer 2 to 6 and that’s the maximum we will ever have!!! The
less people, the more time we can devote to your hunting. We would like you to know husband and wife teams are welcome, and don’t
forget the kids and pets! Nothing makes us happier than helping someone get their FIRST DEER or, hopefully, that BIG RACK you
have always wanted. We will hunt one on one to help you get your deer or if you have never hunted before! A great taxidermist is in
the area to have your trophy mounted. We would prefer you make your hunt 3 or 6 Days long at least to give you the best chance at
a nice trophy, as you know you usually have to pass up some deer and wait for the RIGHT ONE!! We have a nice covered rifle range at the club for you to use to check your gear. There is plenty to do in the middle of the day!! Antique shopping or flea markets, we also
have two great golf courses just a few minutes away and you can get in nine holes in the middle of the day and they are never crowded.
You can fish in the Edisto River for Bass/Catfish/Brim just minutes away!
As for guns a 222 mag or larger with a good scope sighted in for 100 yards will work fine. Hollow point bullets work BEST in all
calibers. Call us, we will explain why!!) Most shots, since we took our time locating the best area for the stand and we are baiting with
CORN, will be less than 100 yards, some only 30 yards, but you could shoot up to 150 to 200 yards on some stands.
